What You'll Do
No two days look the same. Depending on your trade background and territory, you could be handling:
General Repairs
Plumbing, electrical, fixture replacement, drywall, and painting.
Facility Maintenance
Routine inspections, preventive maintenance programs, common area upkeep.
Exterior & Grounds
Landscaping coordination, parking lot upkeep, pressure washing.
Emergency Response
24/7 dispatch calls, rapid on-site response, board-up and remediation work.
Rollout & Capital Project Support
Multi-site remodels, equipment installs, tenant improvements.
You'll be working on real properties for real operators; national quick-service restaurant chains, retailers, and multi-unit brands — not just one job site.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in one or more trades: general repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, or similar.

Comfortable working evening and overnight schedules. Since we service active businesses, much of our maintenance work is performed after normal operating hours.

Valid driver's license.

Able to use a smartphone or tablet for work order and photo documentation.
