Office & Administrative
The Team Behind the Team — Keep Our Field Running Smoothly.
Every emergency work order, every rollout, every capital project PR Maintenance completes is coordinated by people in the office first. If you're organized, communicate well, and like being the person who keeps things on track, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
Office and administrative roles at PR Maintenance support a 24/7 facility maintenance operation working across multiple states and national accounts. Depending on the role, that can include:
Dispatch & Work Order Coordination
Routing emergency and scheduled work orders to field technicians, tracking status from call-in to closeout.
Client & Customer Service
Communicating with facility managers and national accounts, often through client-side platforms such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, ResQ, Ariba, or Coupa.
Project Coordination
Supporting rollout programs and capital projects, including scheduling across multiple locations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintaining photo documentation, compliance records, and NTE (not-to-exceed) approvals for client reporting.
General Administrative Support
Billing, invoicing, data entry, filing, and other office duties.
Why Office Staff Choose PR Maintenance
-
Work with recognizable brands. Our accounts include national and multi-unit operators such as Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Del Taco, El Pollo Loco, California Pizza Kitchen, and Darden.
-
Established, growing company. PR Maintenance is a division of PR Construction, Inc., giving the team the backing and stability of a company with deep construction-industry roots.
-
Systems-driven environment. We operate inside established facility management platforms rather than reinventing the process — a good fit for people who like organized systems and clear workflows.
-
A real seat at the table. Dispatch and coordination staff are the single point of contact between field technicians and clients — your work is directly visible in how smoothly a job runs.
-
Multi-state reach. Coordinating work across California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Idaho means variety, not routine.
What We're Looking For
-
Hands-on experience in one or more trades: general repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, or similar.
-
Comfortable responding to emergency and after-hours calls.
-
Valid driver's license.
-
Able to use a smartphone or tablet for work order and photo documentation.
